Download Outlook app from Apple App Store or Google play store (Make sure publisher is Microsoft Corporation)
-open app and select ADD ACCOUNT
-Enter your email address and select Continue
-Select Work or school account
-Enter your password
-Enter the number in the Microsoft Authenticator APP
-In the Add another account screen, select "maybe later"
If you want to sync CONTACTS and/or CALENDAR
-select your profile picture in the upper left
-click on the gear in the lower left
-Scroll down to CONTACTS and/or CALENDAR (if you want to sync both, select 1 then the other)
-Turn ON sync (if you are on contacts, turn on sync contacts, if you are on calendar, turn on sync calendar)
-Continue down to either iPhone or Android section
Iphone
-Goto settings
-Scroll down to APPS
-Select CONTACTS
-Select Contacts Accounts
-Select the accounts that you want to sync contacts with. (Recommend on Exchange account)
-Go Back to the Apps screen and select Calendar. Scroll down to "Default Calendar"
-Select the account with Exchange
Android
-Open the Calendar app
-Select the 3 dashes in the upper left
-Select the gear in the upper right
-Scroll down to Default Calendar
-Select Custom then select the appropriate calendar under the Exchange heading
-Open the Contacts app
-select the 3 dots (usually in the upper right or left of screen)
-select Settings
-Scroll down to DEFAULT STORAGE LOCATION
-Select "EXCHANGE"
